Glenman Corporation are pleased to have been selected for all five Lots (Lots 1 – 5 ) Spelthorne Borough Council Construction Contractors Framework.

The five lots include:

Lot 1 (£0-1m)

Lot 2 (£1-5m)

Lot 3 (£5-20m)

Lot 4 (over £20m)

Lot 5 (Fitout Contractors)

Glenman have already successfully delivered Benwell House in Sunbury-on-Thames which comprised the conversion of an existing office building into 55 new one and two bedroom apartments. The project is part of Spelthorne Borough Council’s plans to provide quality and affordable rental accommodation to local residents.

This is a huge achievement for our company and we are delighted to have been selected.
