The requirement of Longford Enterprise Development Company was for an Enterprise Centre to provide facilities and training for indigenous new businesses in the area. The initial brief called for 8,000sq ft of light industrial units and 6,000sq ft offices including meeting and training rooms for hire to local businesses. Glenman Corporation, working with OKM Architects, was appointed design and build contractor following a two stage tender process.
