Fit-out of existing 458m² of shell and core light industrial building and construction of an additional 89 m² mezzanine first floor, new boiler house located externally and site upgrade works.

The original building consisting of 371m²  ground floor, and 872m²  first floor, was constructed on IDA land by Glenman Corporation on a Design, Build & Finance contract and leased to blue chip economic operators.
