Multi-phased alteration and refurbishment of the ground floor, sports hall, changing rooms and reception area and first floor gymnasium, whilst the facility remained in occupation throughout. Careful liaison with the management and operations team dictated the subsequent sequencing of the works which was critical to the successful completion of this project.
