The project was part of the large scale redevelopment and regeneration of Ballymun, and entailed the construction of 55 residential units including 10 no. one-bed apartments, 13 two-bed apartments, 15 three-bed apartments, 8 three-bed 2-storey terraced houses, 2 three-bed duplex apartments, 7 three-bed three storey terraced houses and hostel of 570m².
