Demolition of an existing drama block and design and construction of a single storey building to accommodate a double height drama studio, three special needs classrooms, two language rooms, music rooms, general studio and staff administration offices. Landscaping included extensive paving and tree planting. Adjoining buildings remained operational throughout the construction works.
