Glenman Corporation want to wish the residents of Fortunestown Lane many happy years ahead.
We are particularly proud of this new build social housing project. Fortunestown Lane is situated in the Mac Uilliam Estate in Tallaght Dublin 24. The project consisted of the construction of 28 detached and semi-detached 2 storey dwellings in 10 separate residential blocks. The homes were built to a turn-key standard with composite double-glazed windows and external doors and energy saving PV solar roof panels.
The front and rear gardens and the large open green area give Fortunestown a family-friendly feel that generations of children can enjoy.
The environmentally friendly PV solar roof panels will help reduce energy costs. All the homes are Part L compliant in line with building regulations to conserve as much energy as possible. They’re also Part M compliant allowing ease of access for wheelchair users.
The driveways, surrounding footpaths and patios were all done with a selected permeable paving brick and the external boundaries completed with a buff yellow brick, with a concrete precast capping. The kitchen and dining room areas contain a fitted kitchen with gas boiler, stainless steel sink, laminated doors and associated ironmongery with a complimentary wall tile splashback.
As you can see from the gallery below, these homes will provide families with a comfortable, eco-friendly environment to live in. Our thanks to all who contributed to this great project.
