Due to the continued growth and expansion of the business, Glenman Corporation Ltd. is now hiring for a Commercial Manager in Ireland.
Requirements
- A minimum of 15 years’ experience in construction in Ireland
- 3rd level education in a construction related discipline
- A key leader in the development and growth of the company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good contractual and commercial awareness
- A key leader in Project Management and Project Delivery
- Provide input and guidance on tender submissions and projects by analysing options to meet client expectations within budget, enhancing value for money
- Oversee and manage commercial aspects of projects, working closely with procurement and project delivery teams.
