Construction of a three-storey building comprising six, two-bed and two one-bed apartments, finished to a high specification for open market sale, and a ground floor business unit and nine covered car parking spaces. Features of each apartment include solid oak-faced kitchen units, engineered wood floors with underfloor heating and large decked balconies. An existing disused structure occupying the site was demolished to make way for this development.
