The construction of  new housing units and all associated site development works, to provide a residential social development for Mayo County Council. The  dwellings comprise of detached and semi-detached 1-2 storey dwellings in separate residential blocks.  This project was completed using a public works contract designed by the employer, PW-CF5.

This project involved extensive groundworks due to the peatland nature of the site. The development of the site involved bulk oversite excavation to reduce site levels and filling due to poor ground conditions. A precast concrete culvert unit was installed to culvert the existing stream which traversed the site.

Sustainability Measures included Electric Vehicle (EV) charging outlets, air sourced heat pumps and EU Energy Efficiency appliances.
